Sign Maker - Naples Food Tour

This tiny! hole in the wall is the workplace of Naples' green market sign maker. He's been doing it for fifty years, and it's been in his family forever. This is where everyone goes to get their price signs and advertise their wares. He made me a sign, too.

Pets In Office

All the puppies in the office on the same day. Carol preferred to lay on the shark instead of in it.

Frisselle - Naples Food Tour

Frisselle is a twice baked bread that the Italians hydrate and use for soups and appetizers. We saw it being made at the largest maker in Italy - which was a tiny place! Anyway, they had a yeast solution they used that was over a hundred years old. It was okay, but not my favorite thing.
