The table has a top but nothing underneath it yet. But the beeskep has something to stand on at least!

My little panda has a face! And I got to see real red pandas today. Wins all around.

 

Lion Brand Mystery Boxes

Two sets of these three yarns from Lion Brand when I bought mystery boxes. Time to make some more doggie afghans. Once I finish all the baby afghans.

Since I quit my subscription several months ago, this is the last box from Universal Yum. I think I will keep skipping.

Uzbek Food in Warsaw

Back in July we went to Samarkand, an Uzbek restaurant in Warsaw. Had a lot of food. It was all good.

I am back to the tree branches on the left now. It's good to be four pages done.

 

Lots of Confetti

With that flower all done, it's time to work on the little dragon. It's full of confetti and, at some point, I made some counting mistakes. Having to clean up that, too.

I am currently making an afghan for Njomza's little baby now. She picked this yarn.

 

Afghan for Meenakshi

Meenakshi had her baby in March. She's back in the Embassy and now has the afghan I made her. She picked the colors in Zakrecone Mokti yarn.

Best thing in this is the anjou wristlet, which I am currently using as my wallet.

 

How Boats Are Dragged

On the Elblag canal, boats go over grass to change levels instead of through locks. This is because the grade is so steep locks are impractical. There are some 15 trains? trams? on the canal that cradle the boat and take it up on train tracks. This is the apparatus used.
