This is going to be pretty when it's got more progress. Doesn't look like much at the moment.

Cemetery Focal Point
This is the area where presidents stand and commemorate the fallen of D-Day every year, so it probably looks familiar.
And this is the view of the cemetery from the platform.

Chinese Hot Pot
A large group of colleagues went to Luxi Beef Hot Pot on Pulawska. It was, as usual, excellent. Even better because of the company.

Dresden Palace Courtyard
This courtyard is huge, but still not quite as big as the stable courtyard. This one's also even more fancy and undergoing renovation.

Round and Round the Sashiko
Got this out to finish. It's got a four way symmetry, so I get to do the same things over and over again.
Starting a Tree
There's quite a bit of foliage down the side of the peach house. The gray one is shorter, so there's a tree peeking through.
Framed Goblet

Where They Fell
A map of the landing beaches. The cemetery is nearest Omaha. And where the infinity pool drops its water to.

Starting the First Real Flower
After all the cream and green, time to add some blue to this. It's much lighter and brighter in person, I promise.
Omaha Beach Memorial
The blocky memorial was emplaced on the 25th anniversary of D-Day. I think the metal one was put in for the 75th. I remember it not being there the first time I visited. Both are so small and the beach is so large and so many soldiers died taking it.

Random Road Lunch
I -think- this is from Stettin. Not quite sure. It was definitely an interesting looking lunch. I didn't like the salad I ordered much.
