Fencing In

Well there's still a lot of backstitching to do. The fences and the blackwork corners are a lot of work.

Second Flowering

I've got a good start on the second of the three large flowers. This is coming along pretty well. I'm still happy with my choice of the pink fabric. This photo makes everything shifted yellow and a bit washed out.

Upside Down

The photo is pretty dark, but it does show progress on the stems and on the big flower.

Working to Get Some Wings

Working along to get some wings made. I've just about gotten to the total width of the piece.

Cowhide Purse

I think every home leave I come home with a new cowhide purse. I love the feel of cow fur. This one's all woven, too.

Brno

We stopped in Brno to go to Christmas markets on our way to Prague. Brno is a very pretty little town.

Lunch at U Swejka

Always a good place to eat. Large portions. Good food. Cheap prices.

Grayson and Chad

My boys looking cute while resting.

Reptiles

A few of  the reptiles at the Knoxville zoo. They're usually behind glass so harder to take photos of.

Lots of Vines

This piece will be almost covered in vines. I'm getting a start on them.

Cloudy Day

Clouds are all stitched up and ready to be framed.

Most of a Hedgehog

This is almost complete, stitching-wise. I will have to put it together at some point soon.

Will the Skirt End?

I keep feeling I should be at the end of the skirt, but it keeps telling me "wait, there's more!"

Commemorative March

This march out of the Old Town of Warsaw was in April. They happen fairly often; there are a lot of things to commemorate in a place with as much history as Poland. Poles don't forget.

Remembering the Sailors

The sailors' monuments at Utah beach. Along with the clear blue sky.

Cand on a Ride and Grayson on the Floor

Chad likes his rides. He likes owning the front seat when I drive. Grayson just likes owning everything everywhere he is.

Big Crane

Just wandering around in the Knoxville zoo. Was a very calm bird.
