Still Chilling

All the borders are done and I'm working on the middle now.  Amazing what you can get done in five minute increments.

Parading Along...

Still more parade pictures.  I was not at all thrilled with the print on the dancers' legs below ... it made their legs look really fat.  On top of the print itself being ugly.

Resisting

So far I've managed to resist starting the fourth rectangle and have kept working on just the third.  But I'm so close to being done!

This murga are dressed up as Chilean miners.  They did a whole song-skit about it in their performance at Teatro Verano.

A New Part!

I'm officially done with the first peacock feather section!  Now onto the main part.

Some Grapevine

This is beginning to come together.  I am about a third of the way down. 

Black Jewel for Wendy

 We are almost done with the jewels on black round robin.  I have one more block  to finish after this;  this one is for Wendy.  Here's a picture of the block naked.

Silk ribbon embroidery and beads were the asked for themes.  I added a bit of beads in a different way - I put a piece of beaded corset on the lower right side.
