Take a Step to the Right...

Still working on the Quaker Star as my second Sticklounge daily project.  It's coming along, but I'm feeling bogged down nonetheless.  Definitely more than halfway now!

Little More Glitz

Although I put in about three lengths of floss, the only part that truly shows up is the braid on the lower right.

Another Dinner Out

A couple of weeks ago we had dinner out at Terracotta, a rather nice and not too pricey restaurant a few blocks away.  I had the chicken brochettes with dried tomatoes and leeks (opposite), and Andreas had the Kassler ( a smoked pork chop), pictured below.  Both were good, but the Kassler was a bit too salty.

All Waved Out

I'm finished with the waves.  Now I can concentrate on finishing off the jellyfish.  The far left one is the only one complete.

Enchaining Hearts

Almost another diagonal row done.  Slowly getting there on this one.  It's hard for me to keep going every day on it.  I feel so bogged down in the individual squares.

All Wined Out

Here's a picture of Wine a Bit all stitched up.  I'm mailing it to Betsy to either frame for her kitchen or to make into a wine bottle bag for the dining room.  It came out pretty well!

Another Block for Ritva

This is the last of my work on the seams only round robin.  Ritva picked autumnal colors, so I tried to keep the trend in what I did to her block.
