Finally, More Carnaval!
Yes, these pictures were taken two months ago at the Llamadas parade, but I just got them out of Andreas' computer day before yesterday. More parade pictures and hopefully other carnaval pictures soon!

Another OWOH Temari
This is the second and final temari going out from the OWOH giveaway. The third person, though contacted several times, never got back to me. Anyway... Electra in Canada gets this one. She wanted something that wasn't in Christmas colors. I hope she likes it! It got mailed last week.

Odds & Ended
Have you ever started a project and then run out of thread? And then found out that the color's not even made anymore? That's what happened to me with this project. So what I've stitched is going to be turned into a pinkeep and I'll move on to the next thing.
Milk!
Just because it's so different, I've been asking for a picture of milk here for over a year. The bottom bins are all liters of milk. The top middle is cream. On the right edge, you can see some large jars of yogurt. There's also butter and margarine in the picture. Anyway... milk here is sold in liter bags. You buy a plastic pitcher and put the bag in it. Once you've got the bag firmly seated in the pitcher, you cut the corner of the bag and pour. If not done properly, it can result in major milk spillage. Oh, and approximately one in ten bags of milk is bad due to transit and storage issues. Just a little post about how different the small things can be.

Hemmingway's
While Sean was here, we had dinner at Hemmingway's. He had a plate of octopus.
Andreas had Kassler (smoked pork chop) in raspberry sauce.
And I had filet mignon. It was all good.
