Thank You Sussy!
Sussy gave me some nice bits of lace to put into crazy quilting last week. Aren't they pretty? Thank you Sussy!
Six Parts Done
It took me three rotations, but I finally finished log six. Log seven looks like less actual work. Adding the satin stitches to this last one made a huge difference. The pattern called for them to be pulled, but between my hand injury and that I didn't think it'd look as good, I left them as regular satin stitches.

Started Down the Rhodes...
I am on the final step of specialty stitches for part four. I just need to put Rhodes stitches in all the rectangles along the outside. Still have a -lot- of stitching on part five, though, since I'm not even halfway through. The other top corner gets similar treatment to what I've stitched on the left.
Autumn Warmth
One of the vendors at the Prado had these pretty acrylic scarves. The top one I sent to my mother; the bottom is for me.

Plaques from the Prado
Yes, we spent a bit at the Prado, but total purchases were under $100. The eye plaque is one Andreas liked. I preferred the tree. We're not putting them up here, but will hopefully find places for them in Chisinau. Each plaque is hand made and painted and about four inches in diameter.
