Thank You Seija!

Earlier in the spring, I participated in a foreign service swap.  Seija, who is about to move to Warsaw with her husband and four children, sent me this book!  It's one she found inspirational.  She received a temari I made for her in March.  And yes, I did get this a while back.  My maid cleared off the table and hid it in the bookshelf.

Starting on the Last

I am finally on the last rectangle of the bag!  It's started, and I only have to finish it to get the whole thing done.

Narrowing It Down

I've gotten most of the body of the heart done and am now working on getting the bottom third done.  Progress, progress!

Winter Flowers

The same technical problem that didn't let me show the beginning block for the last one won't for this one.  My new computer has a hardware problem and is sitting at the manufacturer's.  I don't know when I'll get it back.  In the meantime, this is the last of the series of round robin blocks I had.  It's Ritva's winter block and is on its way to her.

The Perfect Temari Bag

Ana made this beautiful bag for me.  It's the perfect size for putting a temari project in, and it's so cute!  The bag's lined with the floral print fabric you can see on the front.  Thanks, Ana!

A Few More Rows to Go

Still have about ten more rows to go on page one, but I've made a few little forays into pages two and four.  I stitch so slowly!

Thank You Sussy!

Sussy gave me some nice bits of lace to put into crazy quilting last week.  Aren't they pretty?  Thank you Sussy!
