Andreas is easily amused, so he took a picture of the do not disturb sign. The hotel, Fierro Boutique, is in Palermo Hollywood, and is a very nice hotel. You can see how spacious and modern the rooms are from these pictures, but the real stars of the hotel are the staff. They go out of their way to help you with information and more.
Yup, I worked on it some at the airports and got a little more done.
These are going to need some trimming and such, but we're going to have a lot of console tables about ... these'll make nice covers.
While on the "make the movers pack more" shopping spree, we had lunch at Don Pepperone at Montevideo Shopping. I had the saltambocca, which tasted quite nice, and Andreas had a chivito, which he said was very dry.
I -think- this is the last temari for a little while...
It's not cow fur, but it's a very tactile suede with lots of zippers and such. And it's mine. If our air freight ever gets here...
To celebrate Uruguay's participation in the Copa America, an international soccer tournament, Punta Carretas Shopping did an exhibit of this sports artist. All the pictures represent Uruguay's national team in some way. They're beautiful close up. And Uruguay won the tournament while we were in Buenos Aires!
