In the Mail

This is now done and off to its future owner!  It was mailed a week ago.  For some reason, outgoing mail is only sent from here on Thursdays.  The ornament was a quick enough stitch, and I think it came out pretty well.  I hope Ing likes it when it gets to her.

More Leaf

Still working on leaves.  At least they're getting bigger and I am getting more comfortable with working basketweave from a chart.

Springtime Daisy

This wrapped ball had been staring at me for a couple of months.  I didn't know what to do with it with this color.  It reminded me of the spring sky, so... I made it into a spring flower.  I think the daisy came out pretty well for a first attempt at making up my own pattern.

Started Part Three

Seems like today's postings are about mini-milestones. Part three is now started on my berlinwork sampler, which means I'm on the last part given and finally past where I messed up. The tassels look cute so little there, don't you think?

Second Section Done

Yay, I'm done with the second section now.  I like the extra texture of the stitching on it, and will do another textural stitch below it, too.

A Bit of Christmas

 One of my first Christmas temari is done.  Expect lots more temari between now and the end of the year.  This one's a C8 with triwings and simple kikus.
