Bottomed Out
I have a few more stitches to put in, but the bottom is reached! This is the full size of the piece. Whew, the end's in sight.

Saturday Night Concert
The Baltimore Grand Prix had some entertainment on Saturday evening. Several local bands whose names I don't remember played, and Collective Soul was the headliner. The local bands were pretty good. Collective Soul - the lead singer was obviously drunk or stoned. We left before they finished.

Jelly Bellies Finally Finished
I finally finished my Jelly Bellies pilot from Caela Conn Tyler. It's a pretty piece, and I hope the recipient likes it, but... the instructions were disorganized and assumptive, and a lot of the fiddly bits were fiddly solely as a "tour de force" of unneeded stitching techniques. Many things could have given the same effects for far less effort. Anyway, it's done and I'm happy about that! It took a three month hiatus during the move.

Small Start
I decided I needed some near instant gratification, so I started the Grow! tin from Just Nan. Changed up some of the colors, and am nearly halfway done already.

Close Enough to Get Inside!
More car close ups, but the last picture is the best. It's of my son actually sitting in one of the Jaguars that had raced earlier. Talk about giving the fans something special! Thank you Jaguar LeMans Team!

The Wonder of Watercolours
This is a simple 8 point kiku done on a largish ball, but I think the design looks elegant. I used Watercolours thread from Caron. This one's color is Potpourri, and it reminds me of Christmas. I've been using Watercolours a lot for my temari lately because I love the way it looks, and it doesn't kink or tangle easily.
