I got to do some green for trees this time! I also need to go to Gemenii and pick up some DMC 647, as I seem to be out. That way, I can do more sidewalk work. It's good to not be peachy all the time.

Adventskalendar Finished
I've finally completed the 24 motifs for the adventskalendar. I believe I was the only person to do it all on one piece of fabric. It came out pretty well, I think. The biggest hurdle in it was the one motif that was fifty stitches square instead of forty.

The Hidden Room
When Gorbachev was in office, he tried to get Russians to stop drinking. Futile, I know, but he ordered all the grape vines in the Soviet Union to be uprooted so there could be no wine making. The people of Milestii Mici were afraid there would be wine destruction too, so they built a secret room with a hidden door and everything to keep their most special vintages safe. That's what this (open) door is in the top picture. The rest is yet more wine....

Feels Like Plodding
Back to feeling like I'm making no progress. I -know- I am, but I'm approaching the middle doldrums with this again. Maybe when it looks like I'm finishing this corner, I'll feel better about it again. It's also probably because I've been stitching less overall lately, and projects like this are nagging me to get them done.
