This is what we bought at Milestii Mici. Our wine cabinet is having problems holding all our bottles lately. Two of these will go to Amy and Tommy for the benefit; one will go to Kirby and Currie; and one to Andreas' parents. Each of you, place your dibs now.
For the record, all of these combined cost under $100. Also, the bottles in the bottom photo have maps of the cellars on them and are supposedly better vintages. We didn't taste an outright bad wine there, but the wines are definitely a bit on the sweeter rather than drier side. Moldova is known for that.

Above Ground
Here is what the Milestii Mici winery looks like above ground. They have a nice picnic area and a shop. You can visit both without doing the cellar tour and tasting. It was a pretty gray early spring day when we went, so it's not very green.

Adding Some Lace
I've started on the lacy bits now on the upper part of this section. I'm getting closer to being done with this section, finally!
Moved Over
I took the plunge and counted over to the start of the peacock's head. Instead of gridding, I used pins and counted by ten stitches over, then recounted, then started stitching. Color at last!

Feeling Stalled
I'm feeling stalled on this again. Each week, lately, I make progress of only a couple of rows. On the other hand, I'm more than two thirds of the way to done. Maybe I'll feel like I'm making more progress when I get to turn the page in about thirty rows.
