Dawn Of Spring Done

Another finish, and a somewhat big one.  It's Friendly Stitchers' Dawn of Spring, although I did leave out the part t the bottom that says "wrought by my hand".  I'm really into adding things like that to samplers.  I like the way there are some specialty stitches in it, but am still not fond of the birds near the top.  I have no idea what I'm going to do with it.

More Greek and Roman artifacts.  There's even a clay pigeon.

Odessa Archaeological Museum Part 1

 It's not as Soviet-looking as the museums in Sofia, and it has a -lot- of artifacts from the Black Sea area during the Greek period.  Here are photos of some of the artifacts.  I found it interesting even without much in the way of English language signage.

Done With Another Part

Yay! I'm finally done with the bottom half of the sampler!

Going Down

It's not much progress, but it's there.  The bricks are getting built out and things go on downwards.
