Crowds And Clock

We were at the Christmas market on a Monday afternoon.  The crowds were already large.  I don't know if you could move on a weekend.  The clock is because I like clocks, and the tower's neat.  It's the new town hall clock.

As for the skating, I feel sorry for the kids having to use those awful rental skates.  I'm sure Munich has a proper skating facility somewhere!

Old Town Hall

On our first day in Munich, we exited the train station to this: the Old Town Hall.  We weren't expecting it, but we came up right into the main square with the Christkindl Markt right there.  It was awesome.  The town hall itself is a magnificent Gothic building.

Topped

All the stitching above the band is done.  Yay!

Gift from Jeanne

Beautiful thread, a pair of scissors, and a very nice project case from Jeanne S for the birthday exchange.  Thank you very much, Jeanne!  It was definitely worth the wait.

Creep, Creep, Creep

Just creeping along with this project.  I swear I'm going to have all the colored stitching done soon.

A Second Start

This is Fandangle in Green from Nordic Needle.  It came in one of my stash enhancement packs from Traditional Stitches.  I like the colors and thing it should go fairly quickly, except I have to make two diamonds instead of just one.

A New Start

What's the use of tossing the rotation if you can't start something completely new?  This small ornament is what I started.  It's called Christmas Jewels from Mill Hill, and I've made a pretty good start.
