Won At Auction

We bid on this painting during the Hospice Angelus Ball's silent auction and won!  It's an original painting depicting part of Baku, Azerbaijan.  We don't have it hanging up yet, but will soon.  All proceeds went to the hospice's end of life care program.

A Golden Heart

I've started Ritva's golden heart for the fool's gold round robin.  Doesn't look like much yet....

Bits Of Branch

Well, I'm within about twenty rows of finishing the first couple of pages.  Things are progressing, and the branch is sweeping down.

We took care of the cat a few weekends while the Rogerses were away in the States.  (Twister, the cat, likes watching people play board games.  It was a real hardship.  Not.)  As a thank you, they brought back this lovely pendant necklace for me and a box of gummi lifesavers for Andreas.  I know I got the better part of the deal, despite Andreas not really looking good in necklaces.  Thank you so much!  I've already worn it a few times.

The second building is started.  Time to get it done.

Flowers In The Garden

 These photos were taken in our garden in early May.  The flowers are even more spectacular now.

I've been filling in some of the smaller spaces this time.  The shoulder's gotten some color now, and a few bits of the clothing.
