Yay, the A's finished and I'm now working on the sandcastle.

Aye, Robots

 There were several fabrication robots on demonstration at the Paris Air Show.  Some were even working.

This time, I added a little light to the bamboo and some dark to the middle leaf.

Finally, Some Air Show Pics

 If you get the chance to go, the biennial Paris Air Show is something not to miss.  We were able to go on three (very cloudy and rainy) days in June.  Next time, we're going to try to get in during the early part of the week when all the vendors are still set up.  The majority were on Friday, and we managed  to see some spiffy things.  A lot of these pictures were taken because it's neat stuff.  Some were taken because I thought the pieces looked like art in engineering.  Some, just because.  There were, by the way, a huge number of drones on display.

Just An Experiment

I've not been finishing temari lately, with the exception of this one.  It was just a small experiment and easy to do.  I learned some things from it, and it's not spectacular, but looks nice in a rustic sort of way.

Two Again

Here is the Kogin sampler on lugana.  I think I like the look better than on the canvas, even though the colors on canvas are more "my" colors.

Second Band

The second band's about done.  This piece is the same darning stitch over and over and over again.  At least it's pretty and in colors I like.
