In Trouville

This is Trouville-sur-Mer's city hall.  It's a rather fancy fin de siecle building that has a beautiful clock.  The carousel is from the same era and beautifully restored.  Yes, I'm back to my holiday in July's pictures.  Someone finally processed a few more.

Leaves In Place

The last leaves are well on their way to being done, and the trunk is growing downward.

Still Topping Out

I've finally just about gotten the top line of part six done on the last corner.  Backstitching is coming along pretty well.

Tiny Car In France

This little car was parked along the quay in Trouville.  It got a lot of attention from passers-by, and was parked there often.

The Dom

Between the underground stations and the contstruction going on around it, I got lost looking for the Dom, the central cathedral in Frankfurt.  Here's a picture I took of it close to the architecture museum.

Add Some Grass

My sheepies have a bit of grass now!

Thai Food In Frankfurt

There's a great little Thai restaurant called Ayrodee just off the Zeil.  It's nearly always absolutely packed, and these photos show the reason why.  Our appetizer plate included Andreas' favorite satay, some spring rolls, and som chicken wings.  All were nicely spicy and crispy hot.  My chicken dish was also the same way, and huuuuge.  It was enough to feed three people.  Andreas' fried rice was also enormous.  We boxed up our leftovers and had them for lunch later in the week.  The icing on the cake for Andreas was his discovery that they had milky Thai tea.
