Starting Over Right

Now I've got the new orientation for part seven and am still gung ho to get it done.

Royal Capri Done

Yay, all beaded!  The instructions call for the corners to be pulled back for a pillow ornament when done, but I think I'm going to leave the whole square to the front when I finish it after I get home.

First Temaris

 Back in November, I went to Bacioi to teach their community center workers how to make temari.  These two finished their temari in the first lesson while I was still there.  They turned out great, too!  Congratulations!

The man and tree are starting to pop up.  It's almost halfway done.

Momma's Got A Brand New Bag

Another photo where the background detracts from the object, but the purse is awesome.  It's all leather, teal green, and has the tooled leather front.  It's not too big and not too small and has a lot of room inside.  I saw it in a store window on the Strand in Galveston and had to have it.  I'm using it now and am very pleased.

Cute Little Stars

Being a Texan, I like stars.  I like stars a lot, and I tend to collect them.  I managed to resist, for the most part, in Austria, until the sixth or seventh time we passed baskets of papier mache stars.  I finally gave in and bought these two.  Now to find a place in the house for them.
