Sorry For The Hiatus

I apologize for the hiatus in posts.  I have been in airports until about eighteen hours ago and have been unable to post!  I didn't think it'd take me so long to get home.  Still waiting for my luggage, which has a -lot- of my stitching in it. 

Starting Over Right

Now I've got the new orientation for part seven and am still gung ho to get it done.

Royal Capri Done

Yay, all beaded!  The instructions call for the corners to be pulled back for a pillow ornament when done, but I think I'm going to leave the whole square to the front when I finish it after I get home.

First Temaris

 Back in November, I went to Bacioi to teach their community center workers how to make temari.  These two finished their temari in the first lesson while I was still there.  They turned out great, too!  Congratulations!

Momma's Got A Brand New Bag

Another photo where the background detracts from the object, but the purse is awesome.  It's all leather, teal green, and has the tooled leather front.  It's not too big and not too small and has a lot of room inside.  I saw it in a store window on the Strand in Galveston and had to have it.  I'm using it now and am very pleased.
