Cutting Texas Style

Andreas' parents gave us this lovely cutting board to keep as a reminder of our Texas heritage so far from home.  It's beautiful and Andreas has already decided it's the party cheese board.

I feel like I've been going a bit more slowly lately due to other commitments, but there's still progress.

Andreas' mom Betsy made these beautiful bluebonnet coasters and holder for us.  The timing is great, coming between Texas Independence Day and San Jac day, and the coasters themselves are great.  Thank you!

No Green For Now

I felt like I did something other than green this time.  Some more roof is done, as is quite a bit of the top window.  I was getting tired of green.

It's A Tree

I saw this tree at the 4.0 winery tasting center outside of Fredericksburg and took a picture.  It just looked like a lovely specimen to me - one that I'd want in my yard.
