All Eight

Here are some photos of the whole set of temari I donated to Hospice Angelus.  They raised fifty euro for the charity.  I believe they would have raised more if they were labeled something other than "decorative balls."  It wasn't even mentioned that they were handmade.  Ah well... the person who did the silent auction was busy and did similar labeling jobs on all of the items.  I don't believe she gets that advertising helps add to the amount of money you collect.

Going To The Birds

One of the first things we saw at the ren faire was a falconry show.  Andreas, with his love of birds of prey, made sure to get lots of photos.

Looks Norwegian

While this temari wasn't the last one I made, it's the last of the set for Hospice Angelus that I'm blogging.  It's a twisted woven stripe design, and somehow I made it so it reminds me of the Norwegian flag.

In Costume

These photos are two years old and were taken at the Texas Renaissance Faire just outside Waxahachie.  I just got them a week or so ago from my husband.  This set is if people in costume in the morning.

From Afar

I hadn't really looked at the dome from afar lately.  Wow, it's filling in quick.  I'm impressed.

In The Shadows

I made up this little shadow work project for the May Little Extra of CyberStitchers.  It didn't take long at all and looks pretty cute.
