Andreas knows how much I like spirograph, so he bought me two! I think I will take the little one with me back to the States next month. I have an idea on how to use it for temari making. Yay!
Not only am I making color on the peacock tail, I've decided to branch out back to the left and start working on meshing those things together. I hope I do it so it looks good, since there's more of a gap there than in the pattern.
This pincushion is much bigger than most pin cushions I'm used to, so it's not -that- quick a stitch. On the other hand, it's coming along at a fairly good clip, and I will probably make it into a pin keep instead.
I needed to get one kit from Nicola Jarvis, so I ordered three while I was at it. One of them is the Apple Blossom kit I've already started. These two I will probably start next month when I'll have a lot of time to myself.
