The Hilton Hotel in Windhoek has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Their restaurant staff is very attentive. And the night we stayed, they had an Indian curry buffet going. The curry was very spicy and so different from what you get here. They also had salad and such. Food was very nice indeed and showed the difference between the absence and presence of a chef.

Breakfast At Mokuti
The star of breakfast was the custom made omelettes. They were delicious. The rest - the fruit was fresh, the cheese aged, and the pastries baked on premises from previously frozen dough. Things were good, but not excellent. Breakfast choices did not vary by day, either. On the other hand, breakfast was served before dawn every day - meaning you could get to the park at the crack of dawn with a full stomach!
