Another Round

With daily stitching on this, I've made great progress.  There's another round done and more to come.  It also looks more fully stitched in person.  The subtle difference between floss color and linen color comes across better.

On The Lawn

This sight greeted us as we walked from our bungalow to dinner one evening.  They were in the middle of the public greensward right by the main lodge.

Thirsty Rhino

This rhinoceros came out of the tree line, went to drink, and wandered back off.  We were there for the whole visit.

Tying Some Knots

Bits of knots on here coming together.  Looks like real progress!

Dik-Diks In The Window

These small dik-diks evidently live in the woods behind the bungalow we stayed in  I saw  them at both dawn and dusk.  This set of photos was taken with my phone at dusk, no flash.  So of course they're not very good.  The closest they approached was about ten feet. 

Back To Hyenas

These hyenas were seen by us on all three days.  They're a cute pair, although one has a sprained paw.

Hearting Along
