Yay, a medium sized finish!  I think it came out pretty well, and Mom loves it. So it's hers.  She's going to get it framed.

All Swirls Down

All the  swirls are now stitched.  I've still got filling in to go, though.

Another Derelict Up Close

Another rusting hulk.  You'd think they'd at least want to recycle all that steel.  But no, in Angola they let it go to waste.

Two Petals Done

These are nicely couched now and look fancy.  Next, I add a piece of golden kidskin.

On The Cliffs

More ships up against the shore.  The cliffs are beautiful.  The ships are depressing.

Filling In

Slowly I am completing the picture panel.  I've got to get some DMC 611, though.  For some reason, I had none at home.  Good thing I'm in the US this week.  No wait.  The first color of rhodes stitches under the title is about done, too.

One Ship Up Close

This is a trawler left to rot.  The ship's name is appropriate.  These photos give you an idea about how these thing just sit and rust and are completely uncared for.
