Wheat Trident

I am stitching this trident because I think it's important to keep Ukraine's struggle against the Russian occupation of Crimean, Donetsk, and Luhansk in the spotlight.  Plus, it's a really neat and pretty design.

Rugs

We bought five rugs in Mumbai.  They are currently being shipped to the US for us at home leave.  We'll take them with us to Kosovo.  They're beautiful hand knotted lambswool.  Some of them are pictured in these photos.

Mumbai Street Food

All these little stalls are open to the street in certain areas of Mumbai.  They serve all kinds of spicy or sweet foods.

All Checked Out

The second square is coming along well.  I've gotten the worst part done - the checked border.

Mosque

This mosque is the only one in Mumbai, according to my guide, that allows women in at all.  Think about this - you're a Muslim woman and all the mosques but one won't even let you in the door.  This one's still segregated, but at least they let women in.

This Is The Place

If you are looking for fabric in Mumbai, this market is the place to be.  Hundreds of vendors, all kinds of fabrics from silk to indigo cotton to saris and embroidered lawn ... and I wanted them all.

Yay, More Color!

I have done most of the wine glass, including the red at the bottom of the bell.  There's still some stem to do, and a lot of bottle, but the end is near!
