Reality vs Perception

Sometimes I feel like I make no progress at all.  This piece, just past the halfway mark, feels that way at the moment.  Luckily, I did a bit more border and the gargoyles are starting to emerge, so it looks like I did -something-!

Fleur-de-Lis Done

I like these colors with the black background so much better than with the white!  It's done now and already given as a present.  Hayde loves it, and this means I've given something handmade to all the local people in the office.  Still need to make a temari ball and everyone will have a gift.

Presents From Hayde

Hayde spent some time in Britain last month.  She brought us all gifts.  I got a cell phone holder and some perfume.  Thank you Hayde!

Barreling Along

This one keeps gaining steam as things go ahead.  I've been working on the new area on the lower left and still more on the wings.

Starting The Second

The second flower looks like a bunch of scattered dots at the moment, but it will improve.

Glasses Case

Andreas was somewhat upset that my glasses case had its lining falling apart.  He got on etsy and found me a lovely new leather case from Denmark.  They even packaged it beautifully.  It works as a glasses case, too.

Flying About

I am now back to working on butterflies.  It's over halfway done, so maybe it won't take too very long.
