More Roofing

The roofing is coming along pretty quickly, and this is still very loved by my spinner.

Lunch At Etno Kuca

Etno Kuca is a restaurant in the Serb enclave of Gracanica.  They get customers from all over, including ethnic Albanians.  Their food is always fresh and they have pork products.  We went after going to the medieval festival in the same city and had a huge lunch that tasted soooo good.  I am especially a fan of their veal soup.  That's the pot in the next to last photo.  Yes, it was a single serving.  It also cost two euro.

Lakeside September

September's fabric from Lakeside.  Leaves.  I'll find something to make on it.

Working On Eyes

The second square seems to be working up more quickly this time.  It doesn't hurt that it's been a darling of the spinner lately.

Biscuits And Gravy?

This is a photo of the "biscuits and gravy" Andreas had at the embassy cafeteria over the summer.  One of his colleagues was leaving and wanted this, so they asked the cafeteria guys to make it.  They tried.

Working On The Center

I have been working toward the middle, and I'm so close to being there.  This is another piece the spinner loves.

Village Jewelry

The Macedonian Village, a resort above Skopje, contains a few stores.  One of them is a silversmith.  We got this beautiful jewelry - all of it for under a hundred euros.  One of the sets is not mine, though, but a present for someone else.  We will be going back to that place.  It's a good place to relax for a weekend.
