Colorful Shore

Lots of color in this now, as I start working on the cabanas.

Battlava Lake

Many fish inhabit Battlava lake, which was made by damming the Battlava River in the east of Kosovo during Tito's time. It's the source of 90% of the drinking water of Pristina, the capital. It's also gorgeous. These photos were taken from a restaurant on a dock over the lake on a summer day when we were on an official visit. Consular has its benefits sometimes.

Working The Square

I've got the middle started. This is coming along, as the spinner loves it.

Bead Bling

As a crafter, what do you bring back from Prague? Beads! I bought a LOT of beads. You can see them below. They are from four different bead stores within walking distance of our apartment. Not a bad haul.

Puzzle Done

This puzzle spent a lot of time on the dining room table, but it's done now and put away. Parts of it were truly difficult.

Lots Of Eyes

I think this square is working up more quickly than the last. Lots of eyes made on this and a few more to go. I've even got a border all the way around it now.

Yarrrrrn

I needed to buy yarn for a baby afghan(the stuff on bottom), so I bought some pretties too.
