Journey To Albania
We went to Tirana one day over the summer solely to go to a restaurant our manager wanted to go to. It's called Mullixhiu, and it's a slow food restaurant. Almost everything there is from a farm on the way to Shkoder. The food was very good. The bread was so fresh that the flour had been ground that day in the flour mills they have in the front. The name of the restaurant means mill in Albanian. We asked the wait staff to recommend items to us, and they did not disappoint. We made the trip back to Pristina very stuffed indeed.

Not So Great
Because Mezze was right in front of The Beergarden, we decided to do Friday dinner one night this past summer. We'd been told they do pretty good lunches. Dinner, not so much. I'd go so far as to say it was one of the worst meals we've had in Kosovo. Luckily, they have since closed and they are doing a renovation of the space for a new business.
