Scratch Marks

The walls of Oplontis, when not covered in murals, are covered in the remains of murals. There are a lot of scratch marks that are the remains of the sketches for murals.

Around The Blob

The right blob is outlined and topped now. Time to start another area.

A Bit Wide

The two side prongs look a bit wide to me, but I do like the overall design.

Oplantis Murals

Oplantis is a Roman villa not far from Pompeii. It was covered in the same volcanic eruption, but wasn't rediscovered until about 15 years ago. The villa belonged to the aunt of Caligula, and the frescos are relatively intact, as is the rest of the villa. All this is from one room.

Time For More

Now that my template's in, it's time to make more masks. If I can find time, that is.

Blue Field

Lots of blue field on this turn. Still need to stitch in the stars. I feel like I'm making progress.

On The Outline

This has very little left to be completed. Another finish on the way. Not sure I like the pop art aspect of the middle portion.
