Almost All The Dates

I am almost done with the last year's date. Yay! That's a lot of progress, as the last panel doesn't have a date in it.

Yarn Bombed Prizren

Downtown Prizren has several yarn bombed trees. And it had a lot of people out and about for a pandemic happening. No masks, too.

 

Working On The Top

 Still working on the blue part of the flag and the pole. There are a lot of stitches there, but it's slowly taking shape.

Time To Get Happy

I forgot how hard it was to pull pearl cotton through linen. I'm relearning the lesson with this piece. It takes a lot longer to make each stitch. All but one color on this now; it'll get done at  some point, since it's in the rotation.

Because Steak On A Stone

We went to Prizren to buy filigree jewelry because, well, it's beautiful. And why not go to the factory? While in Prizren we ate at Marashi, a restaurant by the river. They had steak on a stone! And gorgeous mushrooms! And an outside terrace that was cooled by mist. It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon. So lovely we went back. And will be back again.
