Homemade Hot Cross Buns

 Can't find hot cross buns in Kosovo, so had to make them myself. They came out pretty good.

Meal At Ujevara Resort

We asked the kitchen to put together a meal of their favorites for the ten of us. This is what they came up with. It was delightful.

View From Our Room - Ujevara e Drinit

Last Labor Day weekend the pod went out to Peje, to Ujevara e Drinit for an overnight stay. This was the view from our room. Mountains and fresh air were the order of the venue.
