Monastery Buys

We visited Manasijia Monastery in Despotovac, Serbia at the end of February. This is what we bought at the gift shop.

 

The Long View

Some of the monasteries are no more. The second photo and the third show a small plateau that used to hold a monastery a century ago. It was abandoned and disappeared.

Working my way across filling in the inside. One more swirl done and on to the next.

 

Marble Race

Andreas got this as a kickstarter. I so want to do it, but there is -no room- in this house. Waiting til after the move.
