This monument is by a spring in the Despotovac area of Serbia. We went to that area this spring so Andreas could see a particular monastery.

Port Litochoro Food

We did the drive to Athens over two days both ways, as Andreas hates being in the car all day. The hotel in Port Litochoro was pretty bad, but the little cafe we went to for dinner was awesome. Here's what we had.

 

On to the Center

Yay, a new color and a new bit to do. Time for these center leaves. Things are going on well at this point.

 

Another Kosovo Friday Night

Yup, so right after eating wonderful food in Velika Hoca, I returned to Pristina for Friday dinner. We went to Lisa's and the food was good. Including the yummy desserts. The main courses were eaten before we could take photos!

 

Public Vintage, Pozzuoli

One of the places we went to in Pozzuoli was Public Vintage.  It wasn't crowded on a weeknight in October and the wait staff was delightful.  So was the food. We were very happy to get away from pizza.

 

More Crowded

Our visit to Athens was our second visit to Greece of the year. The border was a -lot- more crowded than in May, right after Greece opened its borders to tourists. In May, we were the only car. Certainly not the case in July.  Crossing still took only half an hour.  And a view of Mount Olympus after a few more hours driving.
