Yay, all the fences are done. Time to get some beading on.

 

New Scissors

I received a set of the small pair in a subscription box. Loved them. So Andreas bought me another pair and the bigger ones too.

 

The Church with the Paratrooper

Fittingly, the airborne museum is right across from this church in Ste. Maire Eglise. This is where the paratrooper was trapped for several hours after his chute tangled with the steeple. 

 

Into the Jewish Experience

Entries into the museum proper, with exhibits. I like the forest idea. And the doors.

 

Pointe du Hoc Bunkers

Not many bunker pics from Pointe du Hoc this time; they aren't letting people inside most of them anymore.

 

Last Raclette

It was hard saying good bye to Leonora. We had one last raclette to celebrate her new life. And we sent the set to her later.
