Walk Around Glengoyne

We took a walk around the distillery.  It's quite small, less than three acres.  The cupola is old and was used as a vent in the malting room when they malted barley on site.

The wide shot shows how rural the distillery is, and the glass etched retort door is just plain neat.  That one was shot from the indoors out.

The waterfalls in back are the original ones they drew water from.  They're not used now, but instead draw water from farther up the hills.

And finally, I found some new to me plants.  They were so pretty against the ferns, and hanging on to their greenery through December.
