Puro, just after the war, was popular with Kosovo's politicians. It's not gotten any less swank, but it has a lot less custom these days. We went with a large group. The food was good, but it was overpriced. Majorly overpriced for the Balkans. Maybe that's why they don't get much business anymore. Even oligarchs expect decent pricing.
