Garlic chicken is a national dish of Kosovo. This restaurant, Saranda, evidently invented it. There are many garlic chicken restaurants in Kosovo (and not in any of the surrounding countries), and I agree that this is one of the best. At these restaurants, it's only garlic chicken and sides....
