On To Gagauzia

With the coming of warmer weather, we decided to do Friday dinner at Gok Oguz last April.  As you can see, the presentation was great and the food was as wonderful as ever.

BeSurfed

Surf and Sand is done.  That's another off the Crazy January list.  I hope to do some catching up in the next year, as our social life isn't going to be as hectic - it's just too expensive in Luanda.

Ribbons!

Andreas bought these ribbons for me from Renaissance Ribbons.  I'm taking them with me in my luggage so I can play with them on home leave.

Iasi-ful Chinese

Our last trip to Iasi was in April.   We had Chinese, of course!  Mine's the one with the soup.

Struggling Through

I sometimes find directions from The Sweetheart Tree to be difficult.  Such was the case for the outer edge of the diamond in the center of this heart.  I think I ripped it out thrice, but I did eventually get it done.

Quaker Sampler Framed

This is from an old German stitchalong group I belonged to.  The group is disbanded, but the piece is now all framed and ready to be hung in our new house.

Monuments And Meanderings

Rudi has some pretty areas; the cemetery, with the electric feed going through it, is not one.  The pond is full of fish, and some of the buildings are picturesque.  The paths to different places invite enjoying nature well.
