Monastery Visit

 During the worst weather in March, there was an embassy trip to Curci monastery.  It was miserable!  While we could see that the monastery itself was beautiful, they wouldn't let us inside for some reason.  There was also a (very long) baptism going on in the church, so we weren't really able to see that, either.  We did, at least, get to visit the church gift shop.  I bought these icons there for my mother.  I hope she likes them.

We will definitely be going back in warmer weather, and hopefully be able to see at least the inside of the church.
