Riddle Me This

 Okay, so the no touching  sign looks more like a no pinching sign...  and we were in the riddling room.  Riddling is the process of turning champagne bottles so the sediments collect properly in the neck.  At Cricova, it's done by hand and there are a -lot- of bottles!
