Yup, France is undergoing an all things western craze. You can see it in various small things, such as restaurants. We've so far passed up all the "tex-mex" restaurants as too scary. On the other hand, we did try this steakhouse not too far from our apartment. We were automatically served salad, bread and popcorn. The dressing on the salad was a passable imitation of peppercorn ranch. My mojito was rather bland. We shared their appetizer plate. The jalapeno poppers were made with peppers that tasted like bell peppers but were shaped like jalapenos. The onion rings were sweet. Barbecue wings were passable, and the southwest rolls were a bit bland, too. All was served with barbecue sauce.
Andreas enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was a good half pound burger.
The steaks all come with your choice of sauce. I chose bernaise, which was somewhat of a mistake, as the sauce was nearly flavorless. The steak was tender and juicy, though, and made two meals for me.

Buffalo Grill is evidently a chain, as we saw advertisements for it in other cities. They really do need to change the decor from 1870's bordello, but otherwise, it's a great value.
