I tried the Russian summer soup (it sounds like okrosh, but that's not how it's spelled) and a kebab at Sarkis last month. Andreas had Greek salad, with a new presentation style, and cheese-filled lavash. The soup tasted like milk with lots of dill and chopped veggies in it. It was chilled, too. Definitely different. The kebab was huge and tasted okay. Meat just isn't normally done well here.

Okroshka (окрошка). I loved my nan cooking this soup :)
Thanks, Victoria! I like it; maybe I'll try to make it myself next summer.
