Up The Side

Why is it that so many patterns that come in pieces start from the bottom up?  This drives me nuts.  I prefer to work top down, left to right.  A lot of these are bottom up, right to left.  I guess I could just work the pattern upside down, but that feels wrong to me, too.  Ah well.  On a brighter note, I've made a good start on part eight of Sweet Flowers and hope to have it done in time for the next part out later this month.

What a pretty piece. Great job so far. I prefer to start left top corner too.

Okay, I know am a little strange. That said, I am a center starter. See...strange. :-) I do really like this piece though. But I think my favorite of your pieces is the Barbara and Cheryl piece.

Cheryl - I start all my Chatelaines in the middle. It's not strange! What I don't like about the bottom left is that you have to take the stitches in an awkward manner for a right handed stitcher. I'm sure it feels normal to a lefty.
