Can You Say Meat?

This assortment of delicious carne pleasure is what we ordered off the smoker at Cooper's in Llano on the way from Fredericksburg to Fort Worth.  Needless to say, the three of us had leftovers.  We had prime rib, ribs, turkey, chicken, and sausage.  My choice was the prime rib, and it was wonderful.  I had some chicken too, and it was moist and flavorful.  You buy the meat at Coopers, along with some sides and your drinks.  Then you get other sides for free (beans and such) and sit down to eat.  No plates - they use butcher paper instead.  I think this would be such a hit in Moldova if someone constructed it.
